You can delete your CricJeeto account and associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent, it cannot be undone.
Option 1: Delete in-app (fastest)
- Open the CricJeeto app on your Android device.
- Tap the Profile tab at the bottom right.
- Tap Settings (gear icon).
- Scroll to Account → tap Delete my account.
- Confirm the prompt by typing
DELETE.
Your account is queued for deletion immediately. You will be signed out.
Option 2: Email request
If you cannot access the app (for example, you lost the device or have been signed out), you can request deletion by email.
- Send an email to support@hitormiss.live from the email or phone number associated with your account.
- Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request.
- Include your registered phone number or email, and (if known) your display name in the app.
We will verify your identity and complete deletion within 7 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when deletion is complete.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile (Firebase user link, display name, phone/email)
- Your prediction history
- Your coin balance and ledger entries (anonymized for financial audit purposes)
- Your leaderboard entries
- Your prize wheel spin records
- Your coupon redemption records (redemption IDs are retained for accounting; the codes themselves were never stored in plaintext)
What we keep (and why)
Some data must be retained even after account deletion to comply with legal, accounting and fraud-prevention obligations:
- Aggregated, anonymized gameplay statistics, no personal link.
- Abuse & fraud records, if your account was flagged for violations, limited records are retained to prevent re-registration.
- Financial audit trail, redemption transaction logs with amounts and timestamps (user ID is anonymized).
- Server logs, IP and request metadata, automatically purged within 90 days.
Time to delete
- In-app: Queued immediately. Fully purged within 24 hours.
- Email request: Completed within 7 business days from receipt and identity verification.
What about Firebase Authentication?
We sign you in using Google Firebase Authentication. When you delete your CricJeeto account, we delete the Firebase user record associated with your account. Note that if you signed in with Google Sign-In, your Google account itself is not affected, only the link between your Google account and CricJeeto.
