Refund & Cancellation Policy

What happens to coins, predictions, and redemptions when things go wrong.

There is nothing to refund, because you never pay us. CricJeeto is 100% free. We do not charge users to play, we do not sell coins, we do not take deposits, and we do not collect any payment method. No money ever leaves your pocket and reaches us. This policy exists only to explain what happens to your free in-game coins and your outgoing gift card rewards in edge cases.

1. No paid entry

CricJeeto is free to download and free to play. We do not collect money from users. The coins used in gameplay are earned, not purchased.

2. Coin refunds

Coins are virtual in-game currency with no monetary value. Generally, coins are not refundable. However, we will credit coins back to your account if:

Claims must be submitted within 72 hours of the disputed event. After that, ball-by-ball records may be archived and unable to be reviewed in detail.

5. Account suspension & forfeiture

If your account is suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service, any coin balance is forfeited and is not refundable. Pending redemptions that have not yet been delivered may be cancelled.

6. Amazon Pay gift card terms

Once issued, the gift card is governed by Amazon's gift card terms. Refunds, expiry, and usage limits are set by Amazon, not CricJeeto.

7. How to request a refund or correction

  1. Open the app and go to Settings → Help & Support → Report an issue, or email us at support@hitormiss.live.
  2. Include your registered phone number or email, the match name, the over and ball number, and a clear description of the issue.
  3. Attach screenshots if available.
  4. We respond within 48 hours on business days. Most claims are resolved within 7 days.

8. Google Play purchases

If you have made any purchase through Google Play (for example, a future premium tier subscription), refunds for such purchases must be requested directly through Google Play. See Google Play refund policy.
