My OTP isn't arriving
- Confirm you entered your full phone number including country code (e.g., +91).
- Check that SMS is not blocked by your carrier or DND settings.
- Wait 60 seconds and tap "Resend OTP". Multiple rapid requests can be rate limited.
- Try Google Sign-In instead if SMS delivery is unreliable.
Google Sign-In fails
- Make sure you're signed into a Google account on the device.
- Update Google Play Services from the Play Store.
- Clear Google Play Services cache: Settings โ Apps โ Google Play Services โ Storage โ Clear cache.
Coin & redemption issues
I won a prediction but didn't get coins
Settlement can take a few seconds after the ball outcome is confirmed by the vendor feed. Pull down to refresh your profile screen. If coins are still missing after 5 minutes, email us with the match name, over, and ball number.
My redemption is stuck on "processing"
Most redemptions complete in under 10 seconds. If it's been more than 5 minutes, close and reopen the app. If it still shows processing after that, email support, we'll reconcile manually.
My Amazon Pay code says "invalid"
Double-check you copied the full code without spaces. If Amazon still rejects it, email us a screenshot of the error message and we'll reissue.
Live match issues
The score isn't updating
- Check your internet connection, the app needs a stable connection for live updates.
- Pull down on the match screen to force a refresh.
- If a vendor feed is delayed, we will show a small "live feed delayed" indicator. Predictions are still accepted using our 2-ball offset design.
My prediction was rejected as "too late"
Predictions lock when the bowler begins their run-up. If your network latency is high, your tap may arrive at our servers after the lock. Try placing predictions earlier in the window.
Update & performance
The app is crashing or freezing
- Update to the latest version from Play Store.
- Restart your phone.
- Clear app cache: Settings โ Apps โ CricJeeto โ Storage โ Clear cache.
- If issues persist, email us with your phone model and Android version.
Battery drain is high during matches
Real-time WebSocket connections and frequent UI updates do consume more battery than static apps. Close the app between matches and enable battery saver mode on your phone for lighter sessions.
