CricJeeto ("we", "our", "us"), operated by hitormiss.live, is a cricket prediction game. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights when you use the CricJeeto mobile app and related services at https://hitormiss.live (the "Service").
1. Who this applies to
This policy applies to anyone who downloads, installs or uses the CricJeeto app. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the Service.
2. Information we collect
2.1 Account data
We use Google Firebase Authentication. When you sign in (via Google Sign-In or phone OTP), we receive:
- Firebase user ID
- Display name and email (if you use Google Sign-In)
- Phone number (if you use phone OTP)
- Firebase-issued ID token used to authorize requests
2.2 Gameplay data
- Predictions you submit (outcome, dice/multiplier, match, over, ball)
- Coin balance and coin ledger (every debit and credit)
- Leaderboard rankings and prize wheel activity
- Coupon redemptions (redemption ID, face value, timestamp, never the code itself)
2.3 Technical data
- IP address and request metadata (for rate limiting and abuse prevention)
- Device type and OS version (for compatibility and support)
- App version and crash reports
3. How we use your information
- Provide the Service, authentication, prediction settlement, coin accounting, leaderboards, prize delivery.
- Protect the Service, fraud prevention, bot detection, rate limiting, enforcing our Terms.
- Improve the Service, aggregated, de-identified analytics to improve gameplay.
- Comply with law, respond to legal obligations, court orders, or regulatory requests.
4. Real-time features
The app opens a WebSocket connection to our servers to receive live ball-by-ball match updates. This connection carries match data and your prediction results, no additional personal data is transmitted.
5. Third-party services
We rely on a small set of service providers to operate the Service:
- Google Firebase, authentication and crash reporting. See Firebase Privacy.
- Cricket data vendor (CricketChampion), live match schedules and ball-by-ball commentary. We send match IDs only, never your personal data.
- Amazon Pay, we redeem pre-issued gift card codes. We do not share your identity with Amazon.
- Cloud hosting (Azure), our servers run on Azure VMs in India.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as needed to operate the Service, with the providers listed above, or when required by law.
7. Local notifications
The app may schedule local notifications on your device (match reminders, leaderboard alerts). These are generated on-device by the operating system.
8. Children
CricJeeto is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it.
9. Data retention
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active, plus a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, comply with law, and enforce our Terms. You can request deletion at any time, see Section 11.
10. Security
We use industry-standard measures including TLS/HTTPS for all network traffic, encrypted credentials, constant-time password comparison for admin endpoints, rate limiting, and server-authoritative transaction validation. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your data.
11. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your account and associated data (see Account Deletion)
- Withdraw consent and stop using the Service

12. International transfers
Our primary servers are located in India. Authentication data processed by Firebase may be transferred to Google's global infrastructure. We use appropriate safeguards for cross-border processing.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice in the app.
